Took bike in for a second service, first time was fantastic, but this time they kept it for a week only to tell us they couldn't work on the bike because apparently there was an attempt to file the serial number. If that was the case why did they work on it the first time?? When I attempted to speak to the gentleman who retrieved the bike for me he dodged my questions saying "oh im not a tech, I wouldn't know" guess what Buddy its not a technical issue. You knew enough to tell me where i could see the serial number. Therefore you could have looked and answered my questions. Very very displeased at the moment. Oh well guess I will take my money elsewhere for the monthly maintence needed on this work vehicle. Thanks for nothing Wheelsport.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating! I'm from out of town and these guys got me back on my bike quick and at a very reasonable price. If I lived in the area I would be a regular here.

Great, my 7 speed 20" bike shifts better than ever. Had taken it for a tuneup to N. Division Bicycle Shop with I thought OK results but found myself adjusting brakes and shifting would make a clunk. Then, after my sister rode it I knew the chain was too loose because the shifting was messed up. So, after another bad result on a tuneup with my boyfriend's bike @ N. Division, I read these reviews and am happy we have changed now to Wheel Sport! They only charged me $20 for adjusting the chain and derailleur and I am sold on them from now on!

This is a fabulous place. I've been buying my bicycles here for about 26 years. They always have excellent service and they're very friendly. I highly recommend this place for bicycles for bicycle service
