I love this place! They find ways to help me save money fixing my bike instead of just recommending fixes that will make them the most money. Their prices are reasonable. And they have often gone out of their way to accommodate me.

Had some noise and shifting problems with my Kestrel Tri bike and took it up to have Sam work Out The Kinks. Not only is Sam a most professional bike technician he is also very caring on people's needs to resolve problems. I live out in Nine Mile and will definitely be taking the drive to have my bikes worked on for now on at this location. Took the bike out this morning at 6 a.m. for a 40-mile ride and everything is working great!! Thanks bike life team.

Kevin and staff are always friendly and quick to assist.  Prices seem very fair the mechanics are solid.  Many times I have walked out of there with a repair bill so small I am slightly embarrassed to use a credit card on it!

I've been going to tbl since they were on the North side. Great mechanics and a sales staff that will answer questions without giving you the hard sell.
