This is a great motel!! Very clean. The room we were in had just been remodeled. It had very nice tile in the bathroom and everything else was in very good shape. There was a mini fridge with a big freezer. The manager was very sweet and helpful, going out of his way to see to our needs. It is a nice location with a good view. We even got to see fireworks from the hotel that they were shoting off at the fort nearby for Halloween. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Maine.

For the price, this place is good. It's clean and right off Highway 1. The owner is SO nice and polite. Like others have mentioned, don't expect a ton of amenities. The shower is nice and the cable TV is good.

This place needs work. The sheets were clean & the bed is pretty comfortable so the comments about basic needs are accurate. Other than that I can sum it up with one 4-letter word: DUMP

Clean, no nonsense, simple. If you just need a place to sleep it's fine. Don't expect amenities. Inexpensive and comfortable.

Great motel at very affordable price Clean remodeled rooms, comfortable beds and a flat screen that actually gets a clear picture. Minor complaint, free WIFI is very slow.
