Avoid going to this place if you can. This is my first review of any store and unfortunately I have to share bad experience not once but twice. Employees don't value others time. I went there twice had to wait more than one hour that too when I was next in line and had booked appointment in advance.
This gentleman was gossiping with his friend who I thought was a customer and after hour he asks me are you waiting, m sorry I didn't realize that. They don't have a lot of knowledge about promotions their company is offering. They give you wrong information with a straight face. I saw many customers leaving after waiting for so long.I think Sprint is not realizing how much business they are losing here.

The worst customer service! It took them more than 3 hours to backup my wife’s phone and couple of hours to backup mine. They said $90 for 3 lines and we end up paying $160. To be honest, I will never ever go with sprint anymore. Tomorrow I’m returning the phones.  Please be careful from their hidden prices and always ask them about the final price before you sign up with sprint.

I am so impressed on how much this location has improved! I am a regular customer at this location since I don't live very far. Usually I only come for bill payments because old management and reps were terrible. I noticed old reps got replaced by some very nice ppl. Also I  found out there's a new store manager by the name of Cristian. I got a nice interaction with him once and you can tell hes a good guy! You can just feel the difference as soon as you walk in. They're all very friendly and knowledge. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Do NOT ever go here.  They churn and burn.  Promises made about deals are not kept.  And - if you have issues, Sprint will not assist you because this is not a corporate store. It's run by a franchise company called "wireless evolution" which has had every corporate number disconnected and out of service.  If you call the store, they will not assist you.  Simply put - stay far, far away.  It's theft - they take your old phones, and you will never be reimbursed for any pay-off through apple or another carrier.
