Salespeople in this location will blatantly lie to you to make a sale. Told me the phone was on promotional sale 1/2 my monthly payment.  I was told it would take 1-2 billing cycle to start. After 2 bills I call sprint and ask why I was still being billed the full amount for the phone,  they said the promotion expired the week before I  bought my phone and started back up the week after I purchased it. So much for being a loyal customer 18 of the past 20 years.  I'm now switching to VERIZON.  A little more money but much better service PS shared my review on Facebook  ... amazing how many agree that sprint is terrible

They overcharge for everything. Tried to purchase my leased phone and they wanted me to pay $40 more than the actual amount I owe ($200 vs $160). Jose, the manager at the store, said that the amount in the web might be different due to  online offers.... Yeah, right nice try...  Do yourself a favor and go to a different store

Worst customer service ever! They treated me like a crazy person. They were rude and didn’t want to help me. Worst experience ever. I’m going to switch to another company

The staff was very friendly and provided a great experience. I would really recommend visiting this store if you need any nice accessories or help with cell phone service. I also have noticed that my sprint service is continually improving which is also great.
