BEWARE!!!  Go to a real Sprint Store.  This is a third party that will try everything in their power to screw you over.  If you need to do an exchange, they will make you pay for another line!  You will never get the initial money you paid back.  SHADY!  This place should be closed!

Really happy with my new iPhone. Staff was very polite..especially the guy with black hair - I think Austin was his name. He jumped in when the lady was making me frustrated because she messed my account up and he was able to fix it and apologize for her inconvenience and I left happy. Thank you Sprint of Easley!

I don't like it to good. Some of the people don't know what they are doing. Why do they let people work? There if there don't know nothing!

My husband and I went in to use my upgrade. We worked with Tim. He was extremely helpful and showed us accessories we could choose from. We choose our accessories and received a discount for them. Tim downloaded an app that would transfer my contacts, apps, and gallery and completed the process. While we waited, Tim's co-worker Jill, cleaned my husband's phone screen. Our experience was great and we appreciate their courtesy abd help.
