THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE  Sprint has a new scam to avoid accountability.  They "partner" with companies like Zendesk and Brightstar Device Protection to simply avoid any manner of service.  Also did you know that those $350 refurbished iPhones do NOT contain apple parts?  NOPE, SPRINT USES GENERIC PARTS AND SELLS YOU REFURBISHED IPHONES AT TOP DOLLAR  They are essentially a cheap knock-off inside with an expensive shell.  And if it comes to you broken there is NO accountability.  You go online, they say you have to go to a store with an authorized tech.  I did that, then they say they will call me to confirm my address for a return envelope.  They never call.  I call them using the phone number off the post it note in the handwriting from the 'non Sprint tech employee' (who couldn't refund or replace my never worked refurbished phone still within the 14 day return period because he didn't work for Sprint - His story) Then BrightStar phone rep Samuel Queen tells me I'm lying that they never have in store employees! What kind of circus is Sprint running? Who did the employee at the Santa Clarita store actually work for? Sprint or not?  Who is lying?  Who needs this kind of headache? JUST DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPRINT.  They're just the same old Cingular scammers with a new grift.

I rented my phone and paid for the special case that was required to rent the phone.  Two years later when I go to turn it in, there is slight cosmetic damage to the area between the expensive phone case they made me buy and the screen cover and now they will NOT let me turn the phone in.  They tell me I have to go through their customer service and pay a large fee because the phone isn't perfect after two years of use.  Never rent a phone its a bad deal!!! They lie to you, and say if you buy their expensive case you won't be charged.  Sprint sucks, the reason I left them and went to T Mobile was for customer service.  I went in last Saturday to get new phones with Sprint and the clerk who I wanted to help me, Lalo kept yawning in my face and was very unhelpful.  This has been an awful experience.  I was with Sprint for 6 years and this is how they treat long term customers.

Great. I upgraded my acc at the Valencia sprint. Then a month later I checked my bill and didn't make sense. This store, Golden Valley, corrected my bill. He showed me that I was being overcharged. He corrected my bill and had a much better service here.

I want to give Jesse a great review for working hard despite being in a bad situation.  However I have to give the store a bad review due to its poor staffing/scheduling. I went in on Sat morning after Thanksgiving to upgrade a phone on my account. A very busy shopping day as you can imagine, however only 2 employees working that morning. One guy hardly knew what he was doing, probably a few days on the job judging from what his knowledge level for his job appeared to be. So he was constantly interrupting the 2nd employee (Jesse) while Jesse was assisting other customers. Finally after waiting nearly 45 mins I was assited by Jesse who got me the phone I wanted and switched over my contacts from the previous phone to my newly purchased phone. Again, Jesse did a phenomenal job and kept his head cool despite being in a terrible spot. To upper management,  train your employees completely beforw you leave them on their own. Specially during the busy holiday season. It not only makes the customers suffer but it puts tremendous unnecessary stress and workload on your employees.
