Just this last week I came in to this Verizon store and was helped by Jake. He is a total professional and he's very knowledgeable about Verizon products. Being helped by Jake was great. Additionally Julissa was also a tremendous help. She's professional and knows Verizon products. She and Jake are a great asset to Verizon's team.

Julias R was a great help to me with my phone that I was having so many problems with. She was courteous called customer service for me and solved all my peoblwms..   will definitely call on her for any more problems.

We had the absolute super best customer service with Donnie!  He had such a calm and positive attitude which allowed us to purchase our items smoothly, with the best deals possible.  His manager,  Oscar and co-worker Enexer were helping make the experience positive and pleasant!  We were happy with our purchase!
