Got a free Samsung Note 5 and Tab A 8.0 in October 2015. The staff was knowledgeable and patient, as the process took a while. Still, easy in, easy out.

Maybe I was lucky with the representative I was working with. Very helpful patient and knowledgeable. I didn't read any reviews before going in as it's maybe 5 mins away. Had a great experience and will be going back today.
