Don't listen to other peope, these guys are legit. Very nice, helped everyone out in the store even though they were low on staff. Fast, friendly and efficient.

This place is the worst. Just tried for the second time to make a return within the 14 day period. Each time different excuse and no manager on duty to respond. Staff (both Donny and Enrique/Henrico) are the worst. Refused to call corporate, their manager, or do anything helpful to respond to the situation. The staff are actually the most unhelpful, rude people I've ever dealt with. I'm awaiting a call back from corporate and will speak to the regional manager about this.

My wife and I went to this location to end our contract & the employee said "No, you guys have been here for years we'd hate to see you go. How about we throw in a FREE phone upgrade and a tablet." Naturally we jumped on this as we thought we were being rewarded for our customer loyalty. Days later we find out that he charged us for the phone, charged us for a whole new plan - that we didn't ask for, and refused to acknowledge this ingenious behavior stating that "It wasn't in writing." This store is down right deceitful & deplorable! We were shocked that something like this could happen from such a reputable company. We have yet to have this incident rectified from Sprint.

They lie and say they will give you a discount on a lease and the rest of the plan will stay the same. WRONG! They charge you the full price for the lease and add a $40 NEW plan! I have spent 1.5 hours with many phone calls over several weeks to try and correct their dishonest practices.
