Stopped by on a Tuesday at 4pm to upgrade my phone and add services. There was only one employee working. Several people left, meanwhile there seemed to be an employee sitting at the back desk entertaining their friends (a male 30's "assisting" 3 teenage girls). This went on for at least an hour. If I could give this store negative stars I would.

Kind of annoying to walk in and see three people working yet to of them seem to busy to acknowledge you while the other finds time to tell you to wait. I mean 4 employees and 2 customers guess they were just swamped.

I've been a Sprint customer since 2001, and I've seen the company at high and low points.  It seems to be coming back to "good" right now, although the stores you visit are hit and miss at best.  I'm pleased to say that Jaime and Terry are an AMAZING team, and they truly put the customer first.  While some stores just say "Can't help you, mail it back to the manufacturer and hope for the best...", Terry was able to exhaust his extensive tech skills on my phone, and ultimately help me get a new one ordered at no cost to me.  While that's not always the case depending on your situation, the point is these guys ACTUALLY TRY to do everything they can to help.  As long as they are manning the Laskin location, I'll recommend everyone to go there for all their Sprint needs!

Just spent 3 hours with the repair team here and they were unable to solve my issue with my sprint service, when they told me they couldn't fix it I was expecting to have to get a new phone but after 30 minutes on youtube I was able to solve the issue myself. A professional store should be able to fix an issue with one of their products faster than the average person with an internet connection. Also while I was there I was informed that the monthly rate for my phone is increasing by $20 next month. Looks like its time to switch to verizon
