I always have John advise me. His knowledge about phones and Sprint is amazing. John is the ultimate in customer service. Plus he loves is career. This Sprint has many phones and accessories on display. Parking is never an issue.

Out of all the times I've been to this place this is the first time i wasn't told i needed a new phone or lied about the damage to my phone. The people that helped me this morning were amazing! And my phone was ready in less time than they provided. My phone is now fully functional! Yay!

I had been with Sprint for 9 years...that's how long it took to run into someone who would challenge me to take my business elsewhere.  It also happened to be the short, tuby and rude manager of this store. Everytime I call Sprint customer service they thank me for my 9 years of loyalty and never have I been so insulted; demeaned and accused......at least Sprint's foreign hire practice is better than it's domestic.  With arms folded he felt comfortable telling me he would not lift a finger to help....not for my problem.....I was wrong.....he is simply telling me Sprint policy and in fact "I'm not even allowed to look at it (your phone)" as he begins to stare out in the opposite direction.  He spent so much time telling me how he will not help me and he never offered even to pretend to care about my situation......I was left with no other choice but to walk right out of Sprint right into T-Mobile store (please see that review next door)

Best sprint store in cali, paola s was phenomenal excellent customer service explained my plan and phone perfectly made me feel secure about my purchase best store hands down if shes not the manager she should be i think she is mats also really good and christian as well they jave a great team there look for all of them and of course your gonna wait long but so does everyone it really depends on what you do

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Provided service to my phone in a timely manner. Pleased with my repair.
