Worst experience ever! The manager Lucy or Lucille was just trying to take advantage .. its sad when when people can just lie to your face. I was told I have no warranty I was told I can't get my pics or contacts back. My phone was not fixable.. so rude would not try to help just take advantage.. I know a little about phones okay a lot.. I left that store went to the next one and guess what .... It's covered under warranty and got all my pics and contacts .. why they made her a manager is beyond me.. people like her give company's a bad name . ...

I had to go to this store 3 times before I could get help. The store manager was rude and unable to help me. I was the only one in the store and she sat idol while I was on the phone with Sprint trying to fix my account. When I asked her to call someone or speak to a manager she got upset with me and explained she was the manager. I disconnected my service. Verizon costs a little bit more, but their customer service puts Sprint to shame.

Worst customer service experience ever from floor sales agent and store manager and better yet their Phone support 😥 I'm sooooo happy and lucky I was able to keep my phone number Aka "Port Out" something they don't tell you if you want to leave this crappy company charging upscale prices for mediocre phone service and data that's not always reliable.Pshh BYE Felicia

What I really like about this store way in the back of the store they have a machine where you could pay your bill very fast to do. All you need is your phone number and account holders last name and you could pay your bill in and out of the store in no time.
