I have been dealing with Heather P. at the kiosk at Park City Mall in Lancaster,  PA all day today.  SHE IS AMAZING!!!  I had to run back and forth to Verizon so many times - it was ridiculous!!  She is the most patient person possibly EVER!!!  I am so happy I switched to Sprint from Verizon because of Heather!!!  Please thank her many times over for me.

I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with the staff here. They've always been entirely professional and helpful with any and all issues I've brought to them. There's no problem they won't tackle and try their hardest to help you resolve. I couldn't recommend a provider retailer higher than the crew at Park City. Keep up the great work!

I walked into sprint yesterday to see what options they had for phone services coming from a prepaid provider. The staff was extremely helpful and got me all set up with my new Samsung galaxy! Couldn't be happier , service is great, phone is great, and the staff was more helpful then any other service provider in the mall I have been too!

Every time I visit this kiosk, no matter who is working, I get outstanding service.  They never try to rush me, even when they're surrounded by customers.  Even though this is a tiny kiosk, and not a store, they've created an atmosphere that is inviting and welcoming!  If you're a Sprint customer, or looking to make the switch, you can't go wrong with these guys!

Awesome team at this location! Ean was so helpful! We would go back to the kiosk at the mall quicker than sitting in a store front for 30+ minutes waiting to be helped.
