WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My friend was completely harassed by one of the staff! Twice! So unprofessional! DONT GO HERE! These people don't know what they are talking about or hardly know their job! I have been a sprint customer for over 8 years. Beyond the worst experience!

There's another Sprint store in the Bowie Town Center go there instead of this location. I've been here a few times to fix problems with my phone but they always take an excessive amount of time and are always having problems with the internet.

Terrible Customer Service!!! The staff is not well trained and I received a $1,000 bill because they failed to turn in my phone after I upgraded to a new one and I received cancellation charges and a charge for the phone. I regret even walking into that store.
