Had the worst experience at this Sprint store. There is a sales man named Dwyane Brown, total swindler. Very bad person. He thinks he is cool and cut deals with people. But let me tell you they are out there to rip ypu off. I am a version customer and wanted to switch but after being treated so badly at this store I will never go back. Please don't go to this location and sprint is just bad company. They don't care about customer service whatsoever. Dwayne Brown, pleaee make sure you don't anything from him or his manager. I tried to explain it to his manager and his manager sided with Dwayne, can you believe it. We work hard for our money and we deserve customer service

The worst customer service. The sales rep talks too much and work less. Take them two hours to help 1 customer because of too much talking not because they are helping the customer. The sales rep who helped us was Dwayne Brown.

The lady that took care of me there was super rude. She was in her phone changing the music. I told her i need some changes to be made on my sprint account and all she said was call customer service or go online. I can believe people get paid by the hour to stand there and dont help no customers at all. I regret so much switching to Sprint no customer service at all!!!!

From the moment I walked in the door at this Sprint store, I was extremely happy! I was greeted with positive sales staff and, worked with knowledgeable people! I bought 3 new phones from this store and, each experience was awesome! I would highly recommend going and talking to Jimmy, Chad or and of the others that work here, great experience! !!!

very bad service, don't go, they are lair, they say something else and make you sign something else. You will re grate, so don't go and wast your time and money
