This store is a good place to shop and the prices are the MOST AFFORDABLE I have seen in the whole area. Yes the goods are pre-owned, but most of them are brand new and still in good shape. I highly recommend them as it is very pocket friendly, and the staffs are commendable too. $30 can get you 6 nice shirts with a change for donation.

Made a decent sized donation one evening. I had two young kids in the car and the gentleman working, wheeled a cart out to my car and helped me load everything up. He was very pleasant and smiled a lot. Made light conversation. It was a nice experience!

This morning, 3 days later...I realized that my daughter’s backpack was missing! It is one of those stuff animal packs with a pouch and I knew she would be devastated if we couldn’t find it. I was worried that it might have been given away my mistake so in a panic, I called Goodwill and talked to a wonderful young woman. Trust me, I KNOW how ridiculous is it to ask a Goodwill to keep an eye out for one missing item. It’s crazy pants....but she never laughed at me or gave me any attitude. She only expressed sadness for us while still being realistic about the likelyhood of finding it, which I appreciated and was already aware of. Turns out, we found the item at Grandma’s house but I called back to let Goodwill know not to trouble themselves looking. Talked to a different worker and again....she didn’t laugh at me or call me crazy for even having asked them to look. She only thanked me for letting them know and congratulated us for having found it. 

Now, it might not seem like much....but this day in age, just feel like the positivity and the kindness shown from all three of these Goodwill employees is getting harder and harder to find and I feel like they deserve a shoutout! I will definitely be coming back to donate again and plan on doing some shopping there as well. Thanks Goodwill of Bowie!

This Goodwill store is the nicest one I have been to in this area. It is very clean, and very well organized. Items are nicely placed on shelves, not thrown on top of other things. Clothes neatly hanging. The staff was very helpful in dropping off donations, and the staff at the register was very polite. Highly recommend this location.

I had the worst experience here today with the two idiots in the donation center.  Customer service at its lowest.  The two guys that were working in the donation center both need proper customer service training.  If they were my employees they would be fired today.  There actions were unacceptable and I would never tolerate those actions with my employees or they would be fired.  If they don’t like their jobs maybe they need another line of employment in which you don’t have to deal with customers. It’s not the customers fault that you don’t like what you have to deal with.  Go back to school get a degree and find something better.  Idiots.

Nice shopping store with great discount prices across the board, I seriously needed to use the wifi but to my dissapointment it was not there within the store. The restrooms are good despite the mens rest room needing a lock to keep away visitors when someone is using it. The parking here is available. Not very crowded area.
