My contract lease is up next month and my phone was dropped accidentally which shattered the glass. I actually tried customer service by the phone number on sprints website, but they offered little explanation for my options. Intuition prompted me to verify in person and in store. After speaking with Justin in person, he provided me clear explanation with: - full cost breakdown of warranty coverage and deductibles (explaining the price difference between incidentals such as stolen or damaged phone, and product warranty of defects) - cost analysis between replacing the phone, or buying out of the lease early - best options for upgrading phones with consideration to my current plan The main difference was that, Justin gave me the information in a way that I could better make a decision for myself. Whereas the customer service representative on the phone only encouraged me into a renewed lease with an upgrade plan stating everything can be on a payment plan (without breaking down the actual cost for me). I would definitely go back to the store asking for Justin or willing to deal with anyone of his experience.

They never answer a phone and work incredibly slow no matter how many are waiting. Not sure if they know what they are doing

This store is a real joke! Wished I had looked at reviews prior to switching over from Verizon. By all means, take extra caution when stepping into this store...these guys are super deceiving and will sugar coat things and in the end...they just squeezed you and made their commission. They messed up on order and had to wait another week for phone, my roommate, who has Sprint, and I got denied for referral program and will not receive $100 for referral after being told that we will and I have realized that switching over to Sprint does not save you $$. They are not cheaper than Verizon, who btw has much better phone service and customer service! Travis is the one who "assisted" me FYI.

I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone as I am eligible; and to get my husband a new phone on early upgrade. The "manager" ended up changing my plan without asking, charged me FULL retail price for both phones ($1500) and added a 32 GB card ($70) and a window protector ($40)on my bill without telling me. This is what he did: The phone I got was to cost me $150... He purposely added these two items to my phone that equaled that amount. So I'm paying $178 thinking its the $150 + tax for the phone but in reality it was for these extras I knew nothing about and in the meantime, he set me up on the easy plan for the phones charging me full retail price of $1500. If I wouldn't have noticed this, I would have gotten my bill and not been able to return because I would've been past the 14 day return policy. I think they probably do this a lot and people don't realize it and then get stuck paying full retail price, when they shouldn't be. When he was putting the window on my phone, he stated, " Oh, I'm going to go ahead and put this on for you. Your phone comes with this protector so if you drop the phone, the screen won't shatter." KEY WORDS: " comes with". The 32 GB card, he just put in without even mentioning and charged me $70 for it. Then I go back in to the store to fix all of it and he basically told me I was stuck with all of it and "it was impossible to refund". He also went on to say that we HAD TO return our old phones in order to get the new phones at upgrade cost. I have NEVER turned in my old phones. When my 2 years are up, I go in, I get a new phone. I have a drawer full of old phones. I call Sprint customer service and spent the next 4 hours being passed from rep to rep, all of them are ZERO help. In the end, after being on phone for TWO HOURS, the last rep connects me with ANOTHER Sprint customer who was on hold for over an hour. She was also on hold for a supervisor and needless to say, the two of us spoke about how SHITTY Sprint is!!! And to top it ALL OFF, the manager finally tells Sprint customer service he will take phones back and refund everything but he can't right now because his system was down. Yeah, OKAAAAAY! Stay away from these CROOKS!!!!!!!!!
