The guy at this location was very helpful & patient. He did not seem worried that he wasn't making a sale & did his job in serving a customer like a professional. He did not try to push any deals on me that I didn't need. I will definitely come back to this store to do business!

The guys at this Sprint store are phenomenal! I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and helpfulness. We switched to Sprint and everything went seamlessly!

It's hit or miss on how you will be treated. Went to pay my bill and was told to do it online. Why are you there then? You either get someone who knows everything and is a smart ass or someone clueless, in turn making the visit once again pointless. Might as well do it all online and make them obsolete like they want to be.

Very fast service regardless of the number of customers in the store. Employees at this location are very knowledgeable and will do whatever they can to make sure you're satisfied. I went to the Cleveland store and waited over an hour to try and switch from one carrier to Sprint just for them to tell me they can't. So I drove to this store and I was in and back out within 45 minutes completely satisfied.
