I feel like I got ripped off by this establishment. Spent almost $285 on an iPhone 6. Which was fine. But when I got home I noticed no matter what, the camera shutter noise would not go off. Even if the phone was completely muted.. so I called apple support and they told me the phone was “foreign” and there was nothing they could do and that is was very “interesting” that a company in america would sell me a foreign phone, especially without telling me it was foreign to begin with. So I call and they tell me I can exchange it. I go in and get the same phone (another iPhone 6). He did his “test” where he called his store phone from my phone and made sure it was working properly and he could hear himself. He said I was good to go. I get home, set everything up, and everything was fine. The next day I get a phone call and they said they could barely hear me like I was far away from my phone... tried to call multiple other people and they said the same thing. Now I can only use it on speaker so that people can hear me clearly. I’m so frustrated and quite frankly, pissed off. I spent so much money in this store and I feel like I got ripped off. I’m even more upset that the guy who worked there “tested it” HIMSELF so he clearly knew it wasn’t working properly. Now I can’t even go back and trade it in because I am without transportation. Do not spend your hard earned money with these greedy people. They will do nothing but rip you off.

Rude customer service representatives who always low ball their customers. I have came in here twice to sell my phones and was insulted twice. Overpriced used phones that you can get for a better price on Ebay. These guys suck!

Very helpful staff. This is a good way to upgrade with a lower cost. And they have a 30 day warranty.

great prices and phones for every service.  i traded in my phone and bought a verizon Iphone 6s .  it was way cheaper than going to verizon or apple.  they had a bunch of android phones as well

Went there and purchased a iPad Mini had problems from the start didn't get there in time before the 30 day warranty so they did not fix problem. Instead they try to charge me another $100 to fix it and I can go get a brand new one for 200. Very nice at first at like they want to help you and I'll take care of anything any problems with any of their devices. Beware they sell devices they know have problems ahead of time I will not return and I wouldn't suggest anyone else to
