I don't usually leave reviews but I have to brag on this place for a minute.... they are super fast and Diamond who works there is awesome! She is honestly why I continue to go to this particular location. I pass this location and the Hwy 58 location every morning on my way to work and I hate if this location is busy and I am running behind bc then I have to stop at Hwy 58. Not trying to put that location down too much but I've never been greeted with a smile. Diamond is always so sweet, friendly and cheerful! Always smiling. She always makes my coffee just the way I like it!! Thank you so much for being so quick and always so friendly!!!! Keep doing what you're doing ;)

The doughnuts speak for themselves!! What made my experience bad was as i was in line the lady in front of me was ordering. As her order was taken she explained that she wanted the 2 dz packaged together. The lady then spoke really rude to the Customer in front of everyone. Even her children turned red in the face. She was loud and it was uncalled for. I will not be going back inside. From now on it will be the drive thru!

Service is great here. Busy. The main problem with this dunkin is traffic and one way in and one way out parking lot. Navigating to this dunkin is beyond difficult. I would rate 5 stars but this parking lot is 1 star.. So I gave it 3 stars... It's horrible parking lot and trying to pull in to this Dunkin.

The food was tasty, we had donuts, muffins and savoury. The coffee was really good too. The service, awful. The woman wandered off halfway through taking our order, had to be asked to go through it and she had got it wrong. We altered and took our food to the table. Our hot food came, no sign of our drinks. After the person behind us got their drinks, we asked and they had forgotten ours. Then, when they did them, got them mixed up. The drive through had a lot of me staff in were being served efficiently. Clearly a management issue with either a poor or I experienced manager that does not know how to manage customer traffic.
