The attendant was very knowledgeable 9n the phones and accessories we where looking at. He also help with saving money on the phone which was great. I will definitely be returning.

Sprint service as far as internet is so slow for a company who advertises to be a leading competitor in the cell phone industry. Why claim to be one of the fastest when you’re one of the slowest. We can not get out of our contract so we have to deal with this poor internet service for the duration of our contract. We will never keep sprint service after our contract is over and will never recommend sprint to anyone we know or anyone who asked about sprint. Even the sales reps say that sprint service sucks when we went to pay our first bill. They won’t tell you that before you sign though.

Completely surprised by the difference between what he said and what I found on papers. He didn't give me a chance to read and filtered all the important information I needed to know. Making it look like a good deal ! Make sure you read every thing before you sign or initial. His trick is to bring his tiny tablet, rush you to initial and sign it. Don't! Take a day go home and read the papers or docs. 
About phones he said it's buy one get one free for new iphones. It was a lie. You need to return it after 18 month or pay 200 to own it (the lease was half a price for 18 month). He said his note 8 is half the price. it's not after 18 months you need to pay  $ 240 to own it.  About their 5 line deal be aware it is for one year and then you have to pay 35 $ for line 3rd, 4th and 5th.
About the insurance that was offered, he did not explain that there is $250 deductible. Make sure he doses not fool you here although this is something you are able to cancel. He does not give you any information about how limited this insurance is to fool you to get it !
I went back to store to return he asked for $ 45 per phone as restocking fee. He denied all he told me or better to say did not tell me. said it was my responsibility to read everything. He was dishonest, unprofessional and fools you toward the deal by not telling you what you need to know, and giving misleading information.

I will never order from them again every time I call about my watch they keep giving me the runaround saying they can give me a tracking number or some of them tell me that can’t some of them tell me they can’t track it some of them tell me they can’t! I’ve been a customer with you guys for two years and I never had Any issues with any of the sprint stores except you guys if you guys want to start keeping your customers don’t lie to them I order my watch almost 2 weeks ago you guys said that it would be here last week on Wednesday and then I call you today and you guys are like I can’t tell when it shipped. That means y’all lied to me all last week and say that it’s been backstock or it hasn’t been shipped or we can’t check in then I call you guys the next day and some people can check if it’s the backstock or not shippedi never had  any issues with any of the sprint stores except if you guys want to start keeping your customers don’t lie to them I order my watch  2 weeks ago you guys said that it would be here last week on Wednesday and I call you today and you guys are like I can’t tell when it shipped or not don’t lie to me all last week and say that it’s been backstock or it hasn’t been shipped or we can’t check in then I call you guys the next day and some people can check

This is not a Sprint corporate store but I love them.  They were not able to help with my problem but they were very kind and did their best to help!
