I was assisted by the most gracious young lady in the lawn and garden department with an issue on my new lawn tractor. This kind of customer care is what makes shopping at Sears so rewarding. Thank you for your help!

This place is a dumpster fire and should be avoided. Stopped by to see if my online order was ready for pickup. Was told the items were being collected and to check back soon. Returned an hour later and it still wasn’t ready. Went home. Received notification four hours later that my online order was ready for pickup. Showed up to find an incomplete order. Walked the store and found two of the three remaining items in less than 5 mins. Asked why they weren’t originally included. Was told that it was because they couldn’t find them. Weirdest thing - the shirts I wanted were with all the other identical shirts (they were all facing backwards in the display). The pants I wanted were also with all the other identical pants. As for the third item, it was not in inventory, though it was said to be in stock when I ordered online. I had to return because I was charged incorrectly. I was told the store was under new management and things would improve. I really like the stores in my hometown. This store was a disappointment. It was in absolute disarray. A great example of why the Sears brand is becoming obsolete - I expect the stores to disappear completely within 5 years. They will be buried next to the dinosaur that is Kmart (also owned by Sears). Best of luck to the new management.

Terrible service, poor merchandising, poor housekeeping, merchandise pick up is a joke. The entire management team are inept except for Ed. Ed is fairly new and does his best to help customers. The manager will sit there and stare at you with a blank look on her face... so frustrating. This why this place is on the verge of closing.

This is a good store reason for 3 stars is it takes forever to pick up your orders from this store and sometimes it's hard to find ppl who work in certain departments

It's sad to see a retail giants like Sears slowly fading into oblivion.  Still a place to stop in for decent sales, especially if you need to buy some new clothes, a lawnmower and power tools all in one trip.
