I recently moved to Athens and did not have a hair salon. Found Spruce Salon in an ad and made an appointment with Anna for today. Today Anna gave me my first Brazilian Blowout. It looks fantastic and I feel awesome! Anna did such a great job I will definitely be going back. I love this Salon, the atmosphere, the friendliness, the location, she made me feel right at home. And even gave me a few pointers about things to do around town. You should definitely check them out or you'll be missing out.😊

Bought a Groupon in Jan and had an apt for Feb. The women sent me a text message and cancelled the apt, but never bothered to find a loophole to fit me in earlier due to her cancellation. Her receptionist said she was on vacation. I called and made another apt which was about three weeks out. (Mid March at this point) I went to my apt, and the woman didn’t have me in the books. Said she had me down the the next day and she didn’t know what happened. I understand human error. I wasn’t mad. I wasn’t able to make that apt. She said they were six weeks out. Nobody bothering to find a way to fit me in for a simple hair trim considering this was the second apt made and something went wrong on their end. This means for a hair trim I tried to make in Jan wouldn’t be fulfilled until late April? So I contacted Groupon and for a refund. Horrible customer service and the salon smelled like cigarette smoke. Nope! What should have been done is for them to find a way to to fit me in and do the right thing. If you have to cancel an apt and yes, it does happen from time to time, find a way to accommodate the customer.  Even if you offer them a few dollars off or something. Customer service is everything. And smoke should NOT be the first thing you smell when walking into a salon. You should smell shampoo and fresh scents. That was a total turn off for me.

I really enjoyed my visit to Spruce Salon! Jennifer was wonderful and did an excellent job on my hair plus she speeding so those of you on the go will love her! I used a Groupon but I would definitely pay full price!
