Always love this place for the coffee and the welcoming environment. Music is seasonal and as fantastic as the staff who are friendly and helpful throughout service. Food is always great and healthy which is important to me. A lot of great snack choices as well.

One of the worst bread cos' in stl. I recently had the same experience as another reviewer. My order was wrong and I didn't catch it until I went home. (which is not terribly close) went back and had the salad remade and it was still messed up. Finally I just asked for a refund. Seemed as if everyone in the restaurant was new and still learning but that's really no excuse because the job is not rocket science. I wouldn't order for delivery from them as there is a good chance that your order will be wrong. I'm just going to stick with bread co on the slu campus and in Webster Groves. ( my usual)

First and last time I go to this location. Pay for parking and walk half a mile, for them to get my to-go order wrong and me not notice until I got back to work. Can't say I am surprised since I was completely ignored by the employees who were busy having a private and inappropriate-for-work conversation in front of customers. Between this experience, the fact they never have their good soups regularly, and now they ruined their phenomenal breakfast sandwiches, I won't be eating at Panera/st. Louis bread co. anymore. As someone who spent 5 of my younger years working there, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and order accuracy.

Their expensive yes but I always enjoy they're food it's nice to know that you're getting fresh quality good food. I'ma huge fan of their cheddar broccoli soup and of course they're baked goods.
