great experiences always! i️ order multiple times a month, usually delivery. always great service and fast delivery especially for how busy they get. today they gave me the wrong soup on accident on a delivery, so we called and asked to have it void our. the manager immediately told us he would bring it to us, and brought it along w some complimentary pastries and bread. went above and beyond! thank you!

I visited this location Sunday morning, 1/15/17 at 9:30 AM. They were totally out of coffee. I had to wait fifteen minutes and even then only hazelnut and one caffeinated coffee was brewed. I drink only decaf. When finally the coffee was brewed it was bitter and tasted over-roasted. How is it that a company who markets and touts their coffee cannot provide it efficiently to their customers on a brisk Sunday morning? The only redeeming feature of this visit was the positive attitude and extremely hard working employee, Anthony, who worked fast,furiously and courteously to serve the customers.

Panera's bread is great. We order a few loaves for our workplace, however, no more! We use the drive-through and this is the fourth and last time we will order french bread from there. ( I even asked them to please give us fresh loaves). No. When we get the bread, it is so hard, we can hardly cut it, much less chew it! I am sure they have a clue as to how old these are and how long they have sat out, given how hard the bread is. I don't know which is worse, that they cheat the drive-through guests, knowing they won't notice the stale bread until they get to their destination, or that I have given them four chances!

With the new location everything changed- it became a WONDERFUL place to go. But that didn't last long.... back to the horrible service. Order has been wrong 3 times in the last 2 weeks! Wait times are again horrific. Staff has an attitude again. Awful. Most recently I was appauled by the half greek salad they gave me. Check out the picture I posted next to the new one they made me bc they messed up the onions on the first one. Note the first one on the right side. Its not even HALF full!
