One star, only way to submit a review. This place doesn't deserve one. I asked for a copy of my declaration. The clerk, didn't listen to me. She didn't RESPOND. She says, "Put yo numba in the basket." Did not ask me anything. My account was already updated, all she was suppose to do was give me a copy. She was talking to me as if I didn't matter. Then went on to add a car I no longer own to my account. I asked, " What are you doing?" Her response was, "You gonna pay more." as she threw the declaration at me. Wow, my tax dollar pay her salary. I'm GONNA need a refund.

This office is very organized. Some times it is very busy, so a parking space is a little difficult to find. But people are coming and going so much that I have always found a space to park faster than I thought. The employees and agents are very helpful. Thank you!

There is a lady there by the name of Stacey who knows how to make you feel very stupid for asking a simple question. She was unrepresentable, unprofessional and very impatient and could not wait for me to disappear in front of her. After waiting 45 min in line, I expect to be greeted with respect by someone who appreciate and value their job!

Went in today to get some paperwork for licensing my car. I was told i did not have the correct paperwork to get the paperwork i needed. I then asked if there was a place on StL county website (don't even get me started) which would walk me through the steps and explains what information is needed at what steps or if the individual working at the office could write something down for me explaining the process. I was given a look like i was speaking a foreign language. The (i assume) manager then joined the conversation and directed me to "read the state statutes". Not the most helpful employees, to say the least.
