Not happy at all my 1st baby just born there nurses at maternity department was terrible and unprofessional behaviour like what ever happen for you I will come whenever you are ready to deliver the baby not before! Most of them like that there is few good person too... Few doctors are good helping but some of them was unprofessional too very rude ... If you can avoid choose other hospital people saying is good maybe it was once but right now I feel maternity department is going down👎

Very long ER waiting time, not because there are many people are waiting. For example, in my case after about 5 hours an intern visited me and then went out of the room to check with her supervisor, taking 1 hour to come back. Then somebody came to simply take a blood sample. Because of her mistakes I passed out and hit my head when falling down. No apologies, no sympathy. Well it just simply happens and at least in Quebec it seems we have to bear with it.

Hello (to whom it may concern), I was at St. Mary’s Hospital today and had experienced the worst service ever ! I was served at G 300 by an African/Jamaican origin lady named Chantal, who worked at the front counter desk. To begin with, I was new to the hospital. I came in for my grandfather. He had a language barrier so I was speaking on behalf of him and wanted to know a few things about the procedure that must be done if he did not have any medical insurance. The lady started being super rude. She spoke as if she did not want to help us. She did not give us proper information. I was still confused so when I went to ask again, she was loud and yelling, embarrassing us in front of everyone . She then mumbles to herself. I felt like she was being racist. She thought I did not understand French since I was “colour of skin”. So she said things that was unacceptable.

2 kids born at this hospital , amazing nurses and doctors but for G.. Sake get rid of that bulldog you put at admin , twice in two years , first time i thought maybe he had a bad day but two years later (on the 19th october at 21:30 pm admin desk) same old miserable little man unpleasant unsmiling no manners , its not like i came not smiling and all polite with him , i am having another baby how much more happy can you be , but it was as if he seemed pissed off that i was disturbing him on his phone call and asking for a private room , the only thing he was capable to say was you know its 100 something dollars a day .....well little man if i asked for one i believe i m willing to pay but with the way your body language speaks you are so lucky that the medical staff here is great cause otherwise no one would come to this hospital and you d be out of work ( but really a miserable little fat man like you should be out of work ) who ever is in charge of the bull dog, please , unless you believe yourself that the admin of a hospital have to make you feel as just another paying customer then teach him some maners , its perfectly understandable to put posters all around about language and maners etc....but really your employee should be leading by example don't you think ??? And just to top it up ....3 am 20th Oct. Just got transfered to our private....well guess what mr bull dog there is no private room available and there is a waiting list too ....you are doing your work so efficiently that ypu cant even give one phone call to check if there is already a waiting list , oooooh i forgot that when i arrived i had to wait for you to finish your private telephonique conversation that you where having in the last office cubicle as far as possible from the front desk thinking no one can here you , guess what bull dog we can hear you at night so you are not as smart as you think ...so , stop using phones for private use and make sure to use it for business purposes ie : to make sure not to sell overbooked private rooms . if you.make someone pay do deliver the product especially when you are so pitifully miserable !

impossible to take an appointment. when you call, it gets to the voicemail which is always full.then it will redirect the call to an attending and it will say that the number is not in service. and after few times of calling the same number and you can finally speak with a real person, she will ask you to fax your request to the clinic.... and that it can takes up to 2 weekes before they call you back. So you better not be dying till then or have some kind of terminal cancer. And once they call to give you an appointment, and if you call back to modify the date or whatever, you have to start with their shitty phone system. well just kill me now
