The service at Stadium Auto California was WELL beyond my expectations. Joey & Michelle were awesome.  I can't thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable and welcome.  Both were very friendly, and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Going into a used car dealership for the first time ever (have always bought new trucks) my expectations were not very high.  You see 2 weeks ago my 2007 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Limited with less than 80,000 (bought it BRAND NEW) was T-Boned and was not repairable.  Unfortunately my circumstance would not allow me to buy a NEW truck! But lucky for me I found this GREAT used car dealership.  They defiantly changed my mind about buying used.  Joey was very upfront with me on what the fees would be, what the sales tax and total out the door price was going to be.  NO hidden costs, No BS, just the honest truth about the truck.  They fixed the few things i asked them to, put new tires on it and paperwork only took about 15 min after that I was driving away in my 2015 4x4 feeling very confident that I got a great deal and  this buying experience was FANTASTIC. I had an excellent experience with this dealer.  One of the few places I had bought a car where it didn't feel like a hassle.   I was greeted by Joey , and taken care by michelle who was also great help when i called earlier to inquire abut the car.   She seemed very dedicated to helping me by keeping me informed via phone and txt messages in regards to what I needed in order to purchase the car.   Very nice place, very nice staff.

My son and his mom visited this dealership this past Sunday to look at a car which was referred to us by True Car. The car was priced well and seemed like a fair deal. However, when it came down to finalize the purchase the sales person tried to sell them an unneeded extended warranty for $1,900 (sales person stated that car was out of warranty with manufacturer which was incorrect. I called the dealership and it was confirmed there was 21,000 miles remaining on the warranty and could be brought directly to dealer for warranty repairs) and had miscellaneous fees such as accessories fee of $381 (which was equal to the license fee) doc prep fee of $80 and other little fees that I don't think other manufacturer dealerships charge. This salesperson either was not familiar with the warranty of this manufacturer or was not telling the truth. In either case, this was misleading and irresponsible to not be knowledgeable about about the car he was selling. We were very disappointed with the experience and no longer felt comfortable buying the car. Buyer beware.

I highly recommend doing business with stadium auto. they were fast, and were up front and honest, if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle you won't be disappointed.

I would literally rather have most any medical procedure than buy a new car.  That was until I found Stadium Auto. These folks are amazing.  I went to look at a truck, drove it and went home to think it over.  I found my own financing, and went to buy.  It literally took me longer to get my cashiers check than to sign paperwork with Harry.  Everyone there is amazing, James, John, Ray... all are wonderful.  Kait is so brilliantly friendly you will want to go back just to visit!  This has changed my attitude about the car business!
