Bad dealership. Poor enthusiasm from the sellers. The car that I bought was dirty inside and outside, it means that they don't put too much effort to try selling the car and keep it clean so it will attract the client. They didn't want to negotiate the car price and in top of the price they charged me around $1,300 on taxes and fees (they push the cost of them buying the car, transport it and maintenance it, to the client final price). The car didn't have enough engine oil so after less than a month I had to change the oil and the filter. I came back to the dealership 1 week after buying the car for a check engine light (they solved it free of charge). Poor communication by email. They didn't include my bank as the lien holder on the title of the car and they didn't want to solve the issue even though I paid them to process the car through the DMV and put the registration under my name. They gave me a car with only 3 months left of the registration, after calling them they mailed me a check. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, TOO MANY ISSUES IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS.

My experience with this dealership was not a pleasant one. It went like this... First, I sent them an email to their company email address asking some questions about a vehicle they had. After about 5 hours of not getting a response (not even an automated one), I figured I would just give them a call (it would be probably be easier that way anyway). I talked to a salesman and he had me forward my original email to his personal email address and said he would get my questions answered and also send me some more pictures of the vehicle. After about another 3 hours with no email or phone call, I decided to text the salesman (he was nice enough to give me his number). I did not get a response of any kind until 1 AM in the morning. It was a text message with some additional pictures, but no actual message and no answers to my original email. The next day (at a reasonable hour), I sent another text asking when I could expect a response to my orginal email. A few hours later still with no response, I noticed that the price of the vehicle I was looking at increased a few thousand dollars, so again decided to call. The salesman answered the phone and said he was busy, but he would definitely get my questions answered and not to worry about the price increase (??). I never heard from him again (it has been a couple of days), and I am guessing the vehicle has been sold. Stay away from this place, they have no clue how to treat their customers - just read their other reviews...

Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that im getting the car i want at the price that i can afford. he is kind, professional, and truly values the customer. it is my sincere hope that california motors direct will promote him to a higher management level position so that more potential car buyers can gain the benefit of the excellent service he provides

Very shady business! Bought car march 2015. It been 2 month now. I have head ache and regret doing bussinus with this dealer's. The car been back with them 3 times which is more than 3 week of the 2 month for a problem which should have been fixed when i bought the car as promised. Now, After 3 days getting my car, the same engine problem is back with additional electrical problems. Now i cant reach my dealer. I been sold a lemon car. From the way they r acting and trying to keep me from getting the repair order or invoices, i feel they knew befor i bought the car. It should been nice experience, but they made it a head ache for me. I will try to resolve the deal with the manager, but if they keep playing game i will transfer it to my lawyer and go after them for every damage done. For all money lost and my time.
