The sales staff, in particular Javier and Mike were incredible. I am extremely particular and demand the highest level of attention to detail. Both Javier and Mike went out of their way to not only deliver superior customer service but understand my desires and needs. It was an incredible pleasure to interact with them both. A key example of this was when I sent Javier an email at 8pm at night and received a phone call at 8:05pm. Five minutes after I sent an email he responded and went out of his way to help me. Mike was equally impressive. Connecting with me on a level far beyond that of a sales guy.

I live in clearwater Florida and had to unlock my girlfriends radio in her 1999 s70. All the dealers here in Florida were closed so I figure California's time difference could be a very good thing. The guy that helped me was really nice and gave me all the information I needed to get the job done. Now the radio is working again and I really appreciate the help from these guys. Also probably one of my favorite stories I have from my mechanics experience. So thank you guys for the help and the time difference. Both helped me out a lot today.

One day after installing a new battery in my 2011 xc60 I noted a battery low warning. I called the service department and was told that everyone was busy and I would get a call IF they had some downtime. Seven days later, no call. I sent an email to their customer feedback five days ago expressing my disappointment in their service. The web states that they answer all customer contact...no calls yet. I have two other vehicles that I take to our Mercedes and BMW-Mini dealerships and they treat you like a king and work hard to provide customer satisfaction. Our experience at this service department has never matched those dealerships. They seem to be rather aloof and our impression is that they see the customer as an inconvenience. Your best bet, don't require service.

Excellent experience. Javier was terrific. Everyone there was experienced, patient and not pushy. Great deal on an amazing XC90.

Had an excellent buying experience at Volvo OC today. Ted, Mike and Delia were all welcoming and professional while providing a great deal with laid back and easy negotiation. 

Can't wait to see how the new building turns out!
