Had an extremely upsetting experience with this dealer. Went and looked at a truck and i decided to put a deposit on it so i could get financing. So the next day they called and said i was aprooved for financing with them. So after 3 attemps of calling them back to close the deal i couldnt get ahold of anyone. So second day. They call and say that the bank took back their aprooval because of high mileage. So i asked to go to my own credit union to get financing and they said that was totally fine and to call them the next day So day 3 i got financing for the truck with my bank. So i call to set things up. And they they tell me they sold the truck. Someone from the dealership had bought it. These people care more about their employees rather than to make their customers happy. Would not recommend buying your car here. Save yourself the hassle of buying from these unprofessional people. Bad business model.

I went there to check out some trucks. All of them were as advertised. The people there were great to deal with, very informative and not pushy at all. I struck a deal with them. About days 2 days later i was offered a truck from someone i know that was to good to refuse. I had to cancel my deal with stamas auto. This brought up a situation that would normally feel ackward, but when i sat down to explain what happened Dave, there financial manager, was very understanding and even helped me by proving I didnt actually buy there truck to my bank which would only approve my loan if in fact I could prove that Stamas Auto didnt sell me a truck first. It was a odd dillemma but these guys were great about everything. I will deffinetly go back there when time comes in the next few years for sure.

I read some reviews here and while most were good some were bad. I bought a vehicle there recently and my experience was nothing but excellent.  I've never purchased a used vehicle so I was skeptical because the TV stigma of a used car salesman being ripped artists was stuck my mind..  But Stama auto was a very good experience and very professional.

Rafael was the guy I worked with and he went above and beyond my expectations and made my experi nice somenjoyable that I'm posting a review here.  Here are a couple of things that made my experience excellent.

1- Durng my test drive I swung by my mechanics garage for him to look it over.  Turns out my mechanic was very familiar with Stamas auto sales and said they were a top notch dealership.  He said I won't have any issues with them as their vehicles were usually good but their service was very good.  Said they stand by their customers.  So...this was important to me because I trust my mechanic who's worked on my cars for over 20 years.  Also, everything the Stamas mechanic had listed as needing be fixed did line up with what my mechanic saw.

2- the night I was supposed to pick up the truck they were having issues getting the inspection complete. Rafael stayed until 7 with the inspection dude but there just wasn't enough time to drive the truck around for up to an hour to have the system clear the codes.  At this point we had already done the paperwork to trade in my old truck and my registration was transferred to the new truck. But i was to go on vacation that night and really didn't want to take my old rusty truck with my kids in it.  James, Rafael and Lee let me use another vehicle on the lot to take the kids down to the beach.  A very nice thing to do and the kids loved the loaner truck because it had an entertainment screen and they got to watch a movie on the way down.

3- After I picked up the truck but a strut busted a few days later.  Even though it wasn't listed as things to fix they replaced the strut at no cost to me.  The truck is in great condition and well worth it.

So I give a thumbs up to the dealership and especially Rafael. He is a stand up honest guy who really made the experience exclellent.
