Wonderful customer service experience. When I had a flat tire and no one to help me fix it, Hurd was wonderful in informing me that I had Roadside Assistance with my Chevy lease, which came and helped me put on my spare, before getting me in right away for an appointment to patch my tire. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and polite. Always a great experience at Hurd.

I went to Hurd GMC because they had the best prices. What I found was a group of very friendly people at the dealership.  Jen  explained everything about the Acadia, took us for a test ride and helped us finish a great deal. The managers made us feel important. The financial guy did the paperwork with us quickly with some humor. It was our best auto buying experience ever!!!

The process of making the appointment for service was a breeze; the clerk called me back right away to make an appointment that was most convenient for me (before work).  When I arrived, I was ushered right into the service bay, no waiting.  Daniel Vargas (1857) was the service advisor and he couldn't have been a nicer guy, very pleasant, personable, and efficient. He answered my questions knowledgeably and even advised me about when to return for the next service and an inspection.  (He even replaced two lost license plate screws for me.)  

I waited in clean, comfortable surroundings in your Hurd Cafe (you even have desks for those of us who need to get a little work done!), with a nice hot cup of coffee, and wouldn't have minded waiting longer, but the whole process was over before I knew it.  Thank you for making a routine service appointment not only painless, but also pleasant!  Keep up the great work!

Where do i begin...this is my second time at Hurd Auto Mall and its no surprise that the service and people haven't changed. I had the pleasure of having Devin Richards make the purchase of my 2016 Hyundai Elantra a very pleasant one. He was very professional and easy to communicate with, he was right there to answer every question i had. The process went very smoothly and quick...Thank you Devin Richards ...You Rock!!

Absolutely horrible after purchase experience.  Had no problem selling me a vehicle that they didn’t have a title for. I asked for a status update on my registration starting 3 days after my purchase with zero response. Tried the sales manager never called back or responded to emails. It wasn’t until 7 days later on the last day they had to register my car did they inform me the title was lost and made me drive the 45 min drive them so they could give me dealer plates. For a mistake they made! 

I still have  no ETA on when it will be completed after daily requests for information.       

The loaner agreement dealer plate set up is questionably legal for driving across state lines in MA. 

The only reason I rated them a 2 vrs a 1 is the fact that the truck is great no complaints there. They do a great job selling you a vehicle , but fail to follow through once they have your money. Simple customer service and timely communication could have changed my opinion of this experience. Would not buy again and would strongly not recommend buying a vehicle here.
