This will be my third lease from three different dealerships and I can honestly say this was the easiest and most convenient experience I have had with a dealership yet! The salesman Adam Wilson was so positive and attentive to my needs, truly exceptional customer service. He made sure we were entirely comfortable with the vehicle, the price, and the entire sale. Everything about the dealership was clean (with plenty of snacks!) and everyone was courteous and respectful from start to finish. Very glad I chose Grieco Honda!

By far the BEST experience of buying a car I've had. After searching for months I found exactly what I was looking for here, and for significantly less than what other dealerships wanted for the car. Awesome selection of cars and the sales people were not pushy like most places. Hamlet Miguel Lopez Jr. guided me throughout the entire process. I could tell he was truly looking out for my best interest, not just trying to “sell” me. He said his goal was to treat me so well, that I would buy my next car from him. I plan on that! Thank you Hamlet!

Came in because the used car my in-laws bought got a new battery from AAA Roadside assistance, which reset the radio but we needed the code to get it to work, which was no where to be located inside the vehicle!!! So we went to Grieco Honda to get help after some back and forth and them pretty much telling us it has to be in the vehicle and searching through every page of the manuals... Which we already had done with the AAA employee... They finally realized that we certainly did not have the code and then they spent a good hour or so more trying to get the code for us in which they finally succeed! They were courteous and offered us there complimentary drinks & snacks while we waited.

I have had the most disrespectful experience with this dealership! I’m so disappointed! I spent time shopping around and hoped to find a car and friendly supportive place to work with! I have not yet made my first payment on my car but after the first drive home had to bring it back to replace the windshield, reminded them the tire light was on! Two weeks later came for the oil change, reminded them the oil light was on! Four weeks later, I get a flat and find out it’s a slow leak because I actually need all four new tires, yet during all these inspections and warnings no one in service ever told me I am driving around on crappy tires when I told them buying this car that my family had already just lost my dad!! How in sensitive to take advantage of someone like that!! I called you never speak to anyone you always go to voice mail! When I actually got the service manager he said he was going to talk to the general manager and call me back but I’m still waiting!! How long do you think I should wait ??

We purchased our Pilot from Jason. In the face of our many questions, he was knowledgeable and patient. He took the stress out of new car shopping . We made the right decision to purchase from Grieco Honda. Thank you!
