I can't believe some specific  people working in the service area of the store have jobs.  They act like you're bothering them when they have to do their job.   I guess having an employee that actually does their work is too much to ask for these day because whoever's allowing it obviously doesn't care.  There are however some good employees.
Staples is weird because some things are priced really well & great deals, while others as more expensive.  So for the deals I do get, I'm appreciative.

This store goes beyond expectations to treat their customers well. Aby in the shipping center was great. The store manager on duty tonight was the friendliest I have ever encountered. It is people like these that make this Staples the best I have ever visited. I recommend this location without reservation. I will buy all my office supplies from here going forward.

I spent nearly $400 trying to set up my new office. I was told the chair that I ordered online in the store, due to lack of inventory on a promotional sale, would be delivered by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. It is now Tuesday and they still have not shipped it out from halfway across the country. Looks like I will continue to work out of my truck until then.

The worst customer service around. Step 1- teach your employees to speak up on the phone. Step 2-tell your employees to not lie on the phone. If you don’t have the product, don’t tell us you do so that we waste 45minutes of our time and gas money etc driving out to you to find that you are sold out of the product. Step 3- fire the glasses wearing red hair guy. Think he had a ponytail. THE WORST employee I’ve seen at a store in a long while. Not helpful, disrespectful, and offered zero solutions to a problem that could have been fixed by- wait for it Staples management- an up-sell!! Yep, instead of giving me a solution to my problem and earning extra money for this store, these employees version of customer service consists of shoving my product back in my face and telling me there’s nothing they can do. No wonder stores like this are going out of business. Btw, I waited a couple weeks till I wrote this so I could cool off. I’ll be getting my soda stream bottles at target thank you very much

I've been going here for years now, probably around 2007-2008ish is my oldest memory that I recall, though I used to go here just for school supplies, iPod earphones, etc. And I still use the Print Center, but the employees (not all) at the Print Center aren't very useful, they just socialize and ignore customers most of the time. But I used the computers to print out some stuff for the first time on April 20, 2018 and it was relatively easy to use.

I still remember that this Staples was much larger with an entire large furniture section, though the store was dumb down to its current size in 2015-2016ish, which the former furniture section became a liquor store, Pho Eatery, and Urban Crawfish stores and restaurants.
