The young man that was assisting me was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products they sold. Unfortunately young lady, assistant manager, couldn't have been any more disrespectful to her fellow employees. She went so far as to refer to them as puppies. It's unfortunate as I have purchased many games and gaming systems from them. I went as far as to contact corporate to inform them about. Her professionalism although I won't know what, if anything was done, because I will no-loger purchase anything again from that company and will gladly go elsewhere, anywhere other than ANY GAME STOP.

Used games are ridiculously overpriced, then they add on the extra protection plan without asking you. Ended up paying $35 for a game worth $15.

Great Store!! Love the employees and staff. They told us when they were getting in more Nintendo Switches and said they wont unbox them untill we get there. So nice really organized. Fair trade deals. I got $ 75.00 USD For my WII U and 3 other games. I think that is very fair. Helpful to. Great Store to go to.

Saw the most recent review was from 7 months ago, everything I see here now is much better. Management has definitely improved
