DO NOT, repeat - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If you leave your electronic item at their shop it could take more than a year to get it back, if you ever do. I have been trying for over a year, still do not have it back. They will not return your calls and there is never anyone in their shop during opening hours.

These people are rude and never call you back or have your TV ready when they say they will. I had to make three trips to pick up my TV after I declined the repair. Nearly 7 weeks just to get it back unrepaired. Then It was a 30 minute wait and a lot of rudeness.
My recommendation is stay away from this place. Don't go thru what I did.

a great place to have your tv worked on they fixed a tv that no one else could fix and they did it fast. They are great to deal with.  I was very satisfied

These people were both incredibly slow, and rude to my husband and me.  We left a receiver there for over a year and paid over $50.00 to have it returned in worse condition than it was in when dropped it off (it doesn't even turn on now).  The people never once initiated a phone call, or returned a call that we made.  Usually they ignored the phone when we called or insisted that those who knew were not available.  Terrible place of business - at least concerning receivers and customer service.
