This is a great place to browse for Christmas list items. The bookshelves feel fairly disorganized, or overly-organized. If you're looking for a specific book, the staff is very helpful either in locating it in their store, or giving an accurate arrival estimate.

Love the friendly & helpful staff at Books-A-Million. I was in and out quickly. Plus having one book ordered and shipped to the house. Wow! Love saving time.

Always have made it a point to stop in on shopping trips with my mom or grandmother. The coffee shop is a wonderful addition to our outing, and browsing the store is relaxing as it should be
