Just left after the worst experience with a rude cashier Kimberly. I shop here a lot and the employees are (usually) so nice. They are genuinely nice, not fake nice like some stores. The manager is awesome! I ordered clothes online and went to exchange the shirts in the store. It says on the website and receipt that you can return or Exchange in the store. She never once greeted me or smiled the whole time. I can handle that, maybe she had a bad day. I told her I wanted to return one shirt and exchange the other three. She proceed to return all the items and then ring up the new shirts. I reminded her I wanted to exchange them and she said oh you can't do that. Well I have done it at least 3 times in this same store. She said she had to return them all then make a new purchase. I went to pay and said do I need to use my Old Navy Card? She said use whatever card you want.... such a sweet heart... It was more than what I had paid for 4 shirts to buy the 3 and when I questioned her she got a real attitude with me. All I wanted was an even exchange and it blew her mind. She then went in to "price match" and I had to show her on my receipt which price to charge. I ran out of time and just told her to refund my total and forget the whole purchase. 30 mins and 3 tries and it still never got fixed. Make sure you watch your purchases at this store, especially if you get this lady!

Lots of nice clothes at reasonable prices. They always have a sale going on and customer service is great.

For starters, I like Old Navy despite its too high prices. I'm just sorely disappointed. It's July and I went in there to find a last minute bathing suit. You would think that Old Navy would have an assortment of styles and colors. Or at least that's what I thought. I probably walked past there "selection" 4 or 5 times before having what I assumed was the manager point me into the right area. I passed up the bathing suites because I thought It was the spot for older women's bras and underwear. ALL their suites were black and again looked like old peoples bras and panties. To top that off the bathing suite tops were 29.95 by themselves. I went to the competitors next door and in 5 minutes found a bathing suite (GREEN not BLACK) for a two piece set just 12.95. Come on Old Navy. You can do better. And on another note, not all millenials wear skinny jeans. You need more Variety on your selection of styled jeans. You know, boot cuts, straights, ect. any of those ringing a bell? It looked bad on you with me using an old navy credit card at TJ Maxx next door
