I have been going to this Staples store for many years. I have had copying done every year and have bought office supplies on a regular basis, including electronics. I have always had wonderful customer service from everyone there, but particularly from the managers. They have always gone above and beyond to explain and to help me get the best products and prices. I have certainly not had the experience of other reviewers. i would like to particularly thank Brad and Wayne for their amazing help last weekend. I highly recommend this store.

Went there to make my daughters invitations, which I bought a downloadable file online. Stood in line for 15 minutes while the lady behind the counter did some paper work---after she said "I'll be with you in a minute". Something didn't work right while she was doing paperwork and loudly screamed "F*CK!" After waiting 15 minutes with an antsy 10 month old, I was then told "we can't help you". Don't waste your time with this store.

This was the first time I used Staple for printing services. Why did I wait so long! Cheyenne and Jess were knowledgeable and helpful. They took the stress out of the equation and delivered a great product one day ahead of time! Thank you!

I have to say I found Cory, Jess, Wayne and the whole team at Staples in Emmaus to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a complex issue and with the help of this Staples team I left with a solution and my work completed. Thank you Crickett Poet Extraordinaire
