I walked into this location JUST to LEARN more about starting a new contract , I walked in with a prepaid At-T phone, and the saleman Randy did something to my account that CANCELLED my prepaid account, then told me I owe them $40 if I want my phone turned back on! They did absolutely nothing for me , shut my phone off, and told me I OWE THEM $40. They did absolutely nothing for me! They extorted $40 out of me, for something I already paid for. The manager Tim was rude and UN-HELPFUL. All he did was repeat himself, and blame ME for coming into his store! All I wanted was a price quote for an unlimited plan, and walked out owing them money??? And nothing was rectified ??? Terrible location. It's also shabby and ghetto. Don't go here, they are con artists, there are plenty of better AT-T locations in the area.

this was my best customer service experience to date. like ever.  i was an annoying customer, and the guy helping me was beyond kind and helpful.

Drove 30 minutes trying to make closing time which said 6:00. I get there at 5:53 doors were locked. Guy from counter looks up, (I hold my hand up showing 5 min) Looks back down at desk. I'll never get anything from that store again.

Bad experience. Avoid at&t I will switch to another provider. Employees treat loyal customers unfair
