My local store was great. I ordered a couple of batteries for wave runners. One of the batteries was out of stock and they substituted and even better AGM. Way to make it a great day. I ordered online before getting to the store which made it even quicker.

Purchased on line, picked up 6 golf cart batteries the next morning and left the cores. Smooth transaction and a great salesperson. May even deal on some LED bulbs to replace T11 flourescents where I work. By the way, the store was open promptly at 8:00AM which is always a plus to me.

Great staff very friendly, I was rushed leaving for vacation and broke my phone screen they replaced it cheap and quick but my iPhone is a 6 and they didn't have the I touch home button. No biggie I can live with a standard iPhone 5 home button but it broke and is loose in its spot and doesn't always click and my phone seems to be acting up loosing all of its battery charge right away and exiting apps right away constantly. Could it be something with the screen and could they do anything about it? Other than this I don't downgrade the store they seem to have a lot of the stuff you just can't get at your local big buisiness

None of the batteries listed on their website fit my CyberPower CP1350PFCLCD uninterruptible power supply (UPS).  They were too big to fit in the case, and moreover it requires two 12-volt batteries rather than one.  So I had to take the UPS to the store, where they found the right batteries.  I prefer to order on the web, but that does not work at this store.

I recently had  surgery and my battery in my Galaxy Note 4 Verizon would no longer charge. My daughter has an older Verizon the Galaxy S3 that also needed a battery. I was too ill to go but my daughter did. WHAT A MARVELOUS KIND STAFF!!! The men running this Small Business are kind and caring. The service was wonderful. Please support this Small Business as they are the backbone of our country.
