The first time I went to this place, I had a terrible experience where the clerks were nasty and said they could not give the same deal as Verizon.  They tried to overcharge me until I showed them the Verizon email deal and called Verizon corporate.  The manager apologized, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a new employee.  

Fast forward three years to today, and my wife has had to spend over 5 hours at the store over two days trying to renew her phone.  This time the workers were good, but after much frustration over Verizon's own red tape, the manager came over and openly insulted my wife, telling her not to roll her eyes at him.  

I am a customer of Verizon for over 5 years, and I am done with this store.  A change in management and attitude is needed.  I will be reporting this to Verizon corporate as well.  The manager, Steve, needs to learn where his paycheck comes from.

I went to get a sim card problem fixed with my phone, sounds easy.  I waited 30 mins as 2 staff members tried to help a 1 customer and the other staff member did nothing at all.  I asked if they could just give me a sim card so I could be on my way, they were completely rude and told me that I had to continue to wait.  After sitting calmly for 30 mins, I got up told them to forget it and after 11 years of business with Verizon I am now with at&t.  That's what happens when staff mouths off to a customer, when you tell them your tired of waiting.

really great. had an awesome experience with everyone that works over there. I got 2 free tablets and my bill went down. They know what they are talking about. I recommend everyone to go to this verizon store.

Be very careful at this place. They will string you along and try their best to rip you off. Verizon trains them to get the most money out of you as they possibly can. Their manager even admitted so much to me. So be extremely careful when visiting this place. I'm going to switch to a new carrier.
