Self service station is complex to by. Then the copier doesn't work. Serving self copy customers seems to be a low priority. It took 20 minutes to self make copies of 4 papers.This is the third time with similar experiences.I have to recommend going elsewhere unless they get new management that can fix their processes.

Worst customer service ever!!! From now on, I will go to Astoria Business Equipment in Astoria - I prefer to pay more and have good customer service. The only reason this is rated with one star is because I could not post review with NO stars!!!

Worst customer service ever! Waited 15 min for someone with experience to sell me a I pad. Never going to sell anything with a rude sells man and no one on the floor knowing what they're doing!

Not very much staff and pretty sparse in terms of variety. Lots of iPhone accesories, Windows computer, and Printers. Little in the way of actual office furniture or audio gear. A good amount of the things they have for sale can be found much cheaper online. Do they have a price match guarantee?

The Copy and Print center is great, I am a photographer and Real Estate broker and use Staples for 90% of all my promotional printing. The skill level of the people working in the copy center is very high, and the quality of printing is gallery quality. I seldom write reviews however after working with the staff at Staples for over two years now, they deserve to be recognized as top rated.
