Worst most rude service I have ever experienced being under staffed is not a good excuse for horrible customer service they defiantly do not stand by there moto of making there customers happy. Ill never be going back and as a business owner I will spread the word to avoid this store and explore all other options. If i could zero stars I would. I encourage you to do the same and find somewhere else in town, office max, palace arts, kinkos, anything besides here.

Good copy center. 

I have been going here off and on for 3 years; but nowhere near as much as I did in San Diego and North Hollywood so I can't fully attest to the the quality of the rest of the store but it seems "okay." I was not overly impressed with it, as I have been with other Staples locations. Caveat emptor here.

I really love coming here because the price matching is right on even can be compared against anything that is sold directly by Amazon. Also the people that work here are very nice and do everything they can to help you. The only downside is they don't seem to really get enough people working there at a given time to really help everyone but if you are patient you will guaranteed get the help you need and find what you need. Don't forget to have the receipt with you when it comes to a return otherwise you're going to have issues because they have no way to bring up the amount of the item to refund without receipt.

Luis always makes my orders perfect. If you have a large or complicated order take it to Luis at Staples in Santa Cruz on 17th Ave.
