This store has been my go to shop for work boots for years, always friendly staff. They always take the time to make sure the fit is right and if not they will ship in whatever size or style you want to try, free of charge with no obligation to purchase, which is awesome.

I really like this place to get my work boots it is a little pricey but like they always say you get what you pay for. The staff is very helpful and can answer most of your questions.

These guys are great. Amazing service and the staff is ridiculously knowledgeable and helpful. I've bought 3 pairs of boots in about 10 years and always appreciate the time and help the staff provided.

[Edit] I had once thought that they had the best customer service policies in the area. But after my experience with the way they do business I could not recommend their services. Their products are quite good, many of which are made here in America. Buy unfortunately the staff does not know how to properly fit footware or explain their policies without confusion. After 4 different tries to find something that fit me well they wanted to charge me for another pair of boots. 

All said and done, I regret choosing them at all. If your looking for good boots, a 10 minute search online for boots for long term use will give you most of the info you could want. Any footware company that focuses on fancy jargon, special materials, or claims to have the best "ankle support" probably does not have your best interests in mind, and will not assist you in a favorable way if your not sure what size you need. 

Best to keep all your footwear simple, light, and breathable.
