Purchased two office chairs. Asked Dave for a little assistance and he was there to help within a couple of minutes and helped us through even when loading the car. He well informed and told us of the warranty options and benefits....though we chose not to get it , he was respectful of our decision.

The gentleman in printing organized me and took care of all my issues before I knew they were issues!!!!...and then hunted me down in the store because I left my phone!!!  The BEST!!

Called to see if they stocked flash cards for kids math and sat on hold for over 10 minutes. Wound up just hanging up and went elsewhere to make my purchase. Horrible to make a potential customer wait on hold for so long. 0 stars

Great customer service from Sarah in Staples Copy & Print Center. I had an odd-shaped package to send and she helped make it easy and cost effective. As we worked on this together she still managed to help other customers without extending my time in the store. Probably best Staples experience I've had, which is saying a lot since I've had plenty of positive ones over the years.
