Awful place to buy anything but office supplies (If on sale). The technology is either way over priced and/or way too old. Customer service is quite poor, mistreated their customers. Out of all the people working there, only a few were actually helping customers out. If you need to get anything other than office supplies, you're better off somewhere else or online. The tech 'repair' was a rip off. What would normally cost $200 costed the same amount for a new PC. It's even simpler just to do it yourself.

Very satisfied with the service received today. Had Norton Antivirus installed on my 2 tablets. All my questions were answered. Have recommended Staples to many friends and family members.

Very rude staff including manager. If you need help in the store, better go somewhere else. Customer service is terrible

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My girlfriend purchased the liquid armour for her cellphone and within 24 hours had 2 scratches on it, all she did was put her phone in her purse (the employee claimed that it resists scratches from keys). When we inquired about them fixing the problem or replacing the screen, the general manager was rude, never called us back and claimed that we had scratched her phone with a knife... Not sure why she would wreck a brand new phone that she had gotten the same day she purchased the liquid armour. Even the other employees are rude and seem to never really know what they're doing. NEVER USE THE LIQUID ARMOUR, it's a waste of money because no one at this place will take responsibility or even help you if they did something wrong because they claim the armour takes half an hour and yet they finished my girlfriend's in 10 minutes. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.

The staff is very helpful unlike most other stores It was much appreciated. Great customer service.
