The standard Best Buy experience: Do the research for whatever it is you're there to investigate or buy. NEVER place yourself at the mercy of their sales associates by not being informed about the things you're interested in!  Don't fall for the clever 'register gotchas' (additional services, insurances etc) by not knowing what you REALLY need. That said, Best Buy often has great promotions and deals, and I've learned that by being careful when shopping there, I can walk out of the store without regrets.

This is my favorite Best Buy because the staff is always friendly and they have handled our warranties very well over the past 20 years
