I should know better to expect any personable service. Tried getting information about my own account. The person who assisted me with it visibly looked relieved and then told us that we had to do it ourselves by calling customers service . I would recommend not going to this store they do little as possible. Customer service is also a joke! 2 hour wait for the easiest thing.
I paid $60 plan+sim card for it not to work, I went back the next month and they told me that $60 was never processed i paid cash and they could do nothing about it. I talked to someone on the phone and they told me that they I would only pay $10 for the $60 plan to compensate and when I got out of the store my cell data ran out so fast, I go back next month and they say "oh you where put on the lowest plan" they said I would only pay $10 for the $60 plan! so basically they STOLE $60+$10 from me, the manager totally scammed me and said it was not his fault, that day I was 3h in that store and I promised myself not to go again. I DO NOT want to hear a "I'm sorry reply" from T mobile I want my $60 back.

The staff were nice. They knew their product well and answered all of our questions. They were not pushy at all. I also appreciated how they knew their offers and were able to point out an opportunity for me to get the smart watch I've been wanting.
The two gentlemen there were incredibly helpful, gracious and provided exceedingly high customer service! I went there with my mom as we had been getting the run around from other stores, but they quickly fixed the problem. Highly recommend!
Mason is superior at customer service and makes you feel like your his top priority! I liked the personalization he gave me and the honest answers to all of my questions/concerns. I have been procrastinating on upgrading my phone and part of me is happy that I did because it made me visit this location vs others and it turned out to be a wonderful visit! Very happy about the whole situation, and can’t express enough how much better I felt leaving this store.
Called to ask for iPhone 13 availability. First person who answered just said they couldn't give out that information. I asked to talk to their boss and was then hung up on. Called again and my call was ignored, twice. Called a third time, asked the same question and asked to talk to the boss, was told I was going to be put on hold. Was hung up on again. Called from a different phone number. Finally talked to someone and they said they can't divulge that information for safety reasons to prevent robberies. That makes perfect sense if only I was told that the first time. I asked if there was anyway I could find out the information I was looking for, she said no. I told her I didn't want to waste my time driving from store to store just to check if they have it. After about another minute of this she finally said I could probably find out if I call customer service. Again, this would have been great to know before wasting my time with this store. Not great service here.
